Great place to stay with great views

I love everything about this hotel . . .the rooms were very clean, super comfortable, and very quiet. The views from our window were of the sound, and breakfast was delicious for being a small hotel. Would definately recommend it.

Bad Service, Rude Staff, Bare Amenities

The service was terrible, when we checked in with the rest of our party which was about 10 years older than us (we are in our late 20's early 30's) the lady at the counter was rude and let us know that there would be no partying and that she would not hesitate to kick us out if we were. We were getting a room after a company Christmas party to see what the hotel was like and other associates were staying there as well. I have never felt so judged by someone that works behind a counter at a hotel. We got one of their "Suits" which as far as I can tell meant no bathtub or couch, and froze all night since the room had no heat. The whole place is cheap, lucky for them its all about location. The whole place just felt cheap. I wouldn't stay there again even if it was just $50 to stay.

The best place in the HOLE

Bremerton WA is not a place you go for a great time. I went up to see friends in the Navy. The hotel was pretty good. Clean rooms only they skimped out on soap in the bathrooms. The beds were super comfortable and the room was really clean. It is very close to the ferry and a wonderful seafood resturaunt, Anthony's. I would stay here before i stayed anywhere else in the Bremerton/Silverdale Area

Hit or Miss

The hotel is new and clean and the location is excellent. However, the service has gotten progressively worse every time we've stayed over the last two years. We've even been told to plunge our own toilet. Housekeeping takes until 2pm to come to the rooms, just when we are often returning. Last time, our three year old had an accident and the sheets got wet, so we stripped the bed and called for some clean sheets about 8pm. We were told there was nobody on staff who could run them up for us. My husband went down to the lobby, entered the housekeeping area, and got them himself. It isn't as though this is a cheap hotel. We were paying for a suite at nearly $150 a night plus parking and tax. We deserved better service. Next time we'll look elsewhere.

great location!!

Great location. Nice rooms!!! Easy if long access to seattle. -- Right next to ferry terminal. NEw hotel with good access to downtown bremerton. Service is polite, efficient. Draw back are lack of ameities at the hotel but subways and starbucks and some nice local eateries nearby.

THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. FOR THE PRICE YOU CANT FIND ANYTHING BETTER IN THE BREMERTON AREA.
