We checked in to this hotel because of the indoor pool, we were informed at 11a.m.they were working on it but it would be ready by our check-in time.When we came back at 7 p.m., the pool & hot tub were out of service for the next 14 hours,(when we checked out) because of chemicals being added @ 2 p.m. Our grandchildren were heart broken they could not swim. The manager took 10% off the rack rate.(I wasn't impressed) When we got to our room, we found the toilet didn't flush, the handle was broken. We changed rooms, this room also had a problem with the toilet handle. Someone had been working on it, the pieces were sitting on the back of the toilet.My husband put it back together. The breakfast bar had out of date yogurt & cold coffee.The staff had a bad attitude.I will never book this hotel again,& will think twice about staying in another Holiday Inn Express. I think they give Holiday Inn Express a very bad mark.Save your money, go somewhere else.
