Location was very convenient for all local events. The owners were most helpful regarding local information. Outside property was kept very clean. Inside rooms all amenities in working order and clean.

The place was filthy and when we informed management of fridge and microwave not working we recieved rude response. Upon checkout they tried to charge us for the filth that was there when we arrived.

This place is a complete dump. I would highly recommend not going, as the $20 a night you save, is not worth it. Tents in Crazy Horse are cleaner then this place. Oh and forget about boat parking, its down the street.

worth the price. Don't expect extraordinary features for the price you are paying. Just a nice place to crash after long day's work (oops. partying) - well what else one can go to Havasu !!
