Novotel Phuket Resort, Phuket

I love the brilliant design of the 2tiered swimming pool, extremely cozy and unique... and the rich-variety morning breakfast buffet with the seat near balcony with the sea side -view is fantastic. The room is clean and have a nice balcony with sea-side view.. H/ever, there's quite a distance from the entrance of the hotel to the hotel lobby and another distance to the hotel room.. the hotel has to provide more shuttle car for this. This hotel is suitable for young couple, but not really for family with elderly people. The walking part is really tough and moreover, there's no lift to the hotel room.. we hv to go by staircase.

We love the way the room has been set out, very spacious and open. Gorgeous view of the ocean. Breakfast, service, and cleanliness is absolutely recommendable.. The only set back is that, perhaps, we were one of the many million couples who were there for our honeymoon, so nothing special was given :( But if any of you are thinking of Phuket, this place is definitely a right choice!

Novotel phuket give you the romantic, warmth feeling. all the staff are very freindly and cooperative. I have spent my honeymoon in this resort and I had fun. The resturants are good and the food is tasty. Also the prices are affordable.

I stayed at the Novotel Coralia Resort in November of 2005. It was one of the best times I have had. The resort is well laid out and the gardens are exquisite. The food service and ambiance are excellent and I found everyone from GM Ivor Rai down very attentive to the guests needs and I really enjoyed Karioke with Ramon. The Rooms are very comfortable and well maintained, I will return!! Best Regards, Bruce Wyder

Apart from the big hill at the entrance that we lugged bottled water up the first day this place is brilliant. Excellent views, great rooms, friendly and helpful staff and fantastic pools. This hotel has it all. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of stay there. Would go back and stay there again in a heart beat.

I loved everything from the great wiev to friendly staff who helped us to take care of out wild son while we had dinner. A serene atmosphere, very calm with a fantastic wiev of sunset every night.The resturants in the hotel is fantastic not to mention the service. We will be back soon. Rydin- Vilselius from Sweden

We liked the friendly proffesional service of the staff, the cleanliness off the rooms. We did not like the hard walk to get to town, taxis are available, but far to expensive.

Novotel Phuket was one of best hotels we've been to. The welcome drink is refreshing with the hospitable Thai staff. The 3 cascading pools were superb and my daughter enjoyed the pool very much which has a waterfall effect as well. Has a fantastic view of the sunset and a very romantic place for honeymoon couples. Walking distance to patong beach and night stalls. Staff are extremely helpful when it comes to looking for restaurants. In door coffee house has a good selection of food, varying from seafood to international buffet for dinner. The massage is a must-try for a relaxing day. Worth every cent we spent. Much recommended.
