it is more of a hostel than a hotel. located in a bad neighborhood in managua. At least 20 min. away from downtown Managua. very isolated hotel. very old broken furniture. Staff somewhat reluctant to be helpful. One staff person even commented on how he couldn't wait until my group left. A lot of standing water, breeding ground for mosquitos. Pretty tile all over the place but very bad when it rains, very slippery and dangerous. At night you need a flashlight to get to your room since the lights are turned off.
I would not stay or return to hotel cesar. I would not recommend at all.
This place is away from the city noisy streets...surrounded by trees...very nice employees..breakfast is included w/stay in hotel..they bring breakfast to your room if desired..the beds are really comfortable and huge, the whole place is great..stay there!!
