Regence Hotel, Nice

Clean, located in a safe pedestrian area teeming with shops and restaurants, only a two minute walk from the Promanade, the beach, the Rhur - a ten minute walk to the old city ... what's not to like? The staff has been very friendly and helpful each time I've visited. I certainly shall stay at the Regency my next visit to Nice. (And I'll bring maple syrup ...)

We found this place from web reviews like this one and are very happy we did. Staff great (Corinne, Alexander, etc.), location great, rooms very clean. We will definitely stay there when we go back.

...conceals a hidden gem! Not far from the prom, this hotel is ideally placed for a saunter to the beach or to explore the city. My first stay was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. The staff are attentive and friendly and my room was very clean and comfortable. Since it overlooked the pedestrian precinct with its boutiques, cafes, lots of hawkers, buskers, artists and posers, it was a little noisy until the street sweepers had taken their hose pipes home in the very early hours. (Great work chaps, I wish you could look after my home town). I returned six months later to find more improvements to the facilities, and standards kept just as high. This time I had a room at the rear, which was quieter. I've paid a lot more for a lot less elsewhere, so I've just booked a third stay at the Regence. See you there!

Regence hotel was a very good place to stay in Nice, small but clean rooms, friendly staff, great location.

Avery clean, comfortable and reasonably proced hotel. It is central, two minutes wald from the Promenade des Anglais with restaurants, aces andbarsall around it. In the pedestrian area it is a very safe and convenient hotel with super staff.
