Everytime I visit Cebu city, Philippines. I always stay at this hotel but unfortunately this past vacation I had, one lobby waitress can ruin the reputation of a hotel. I hope the management will take this employee into action. Give her intensive training on Customer Service and please don't allow discrimination. It is not acceptable. I'm sure that this is not the first time and it won't be the last. Her name tag said "Tere", the incident happened on Feb. 02, 2009 around 12-1pm. I have already talked to the manager on duty that night but unfortunately the waitress left her shift already. Here's a short story, she wasn't very nice to my guests.. I had my guests wait for me at the lobby after they had check-out from their room, know that they were also paid for the room and they should've got a well treatment from the employee. Anyway, when I got back to the hotel and was looking for my guests, saw them sitting on the couch while lobby waitress "Tere" was whispering with her co-worker and pointing at my guests and looking at them like a piece of [-]!! I caught them talking about my guests.. I was mad and when the waitress saw me, they immediately walked away. Now, I am still writing a formal complaint letter to the General Manager of this particular establishment. I can't let this happen again.
