4 Star? I think it's a 3 Star.

This hotel is clean and neat. Their service is normal. The cleanliness of this hotel's toilet is not very good. They are not very efficient in their servicing of air conditions and the leaking of roofs, and plumbing. Overall, I think it is worth the value for those who loves shopping cause it's near the shopping area. For those who enjoys relaxing and hanging out in the hotel, its not worth it.
