Sanafir Hotel, Sharm El Sheikh

i stayed there in 2003 and you cant be more in the heart of namma bay. its a fantastic location with the beach just a stones throw from you. the pool area is ideal for loungeing around with a lovely waterfall above the pool bar area.the pool is'nt big but its more ideal for couples and singles. the entertainment in the evening is brilliant some nites they have belly dancers and shows,on a thurs and sat evening the place really comes alive as an outdoor niteclub with all the latest tunes theres house nation on thurs and r'n'b on sat with dancers that look like they've come from ibiza, the rooms are quite spacious with patio doors that look out to the pool area. there are bars on the roof under the stars. shopping on your doorstep and restaurants. the food at the hotel is lovely. breakfast is your typical continental, evening meals can be enjoyed at either chinese,indian,american diner restaurants or even fresh fish. if you are quite choosey then theres a macdonalds, kfc,pizza hut,hard rock cafe all these are very clean and just like home.look out for tim who works there at the 'bob' diving centre at the hotel. its one of the best places to go diving as they use what look like underwater mopeds it's great fun even if you've never been diving before.really recommend it!
