Hotel Harry's, Jesolo

Me and my husband are just back last week from Harry's hotel I would not recommend this hotel if you have asthma as wee found out they let dogs sleep in the hotel we had one in the next room and it barked and cried most the day as it was left in there all day it drove me mad we said to Sergio about this but nothing was done about i This but the food was ok but a bit pricey for drinks it's in a good location tho for getting about

We stayed at this hotel two years ago and returned this year {Aug 09] because we liked it so much. Sergio and his family are very friendly and helpful, the service is excellent, Jonathan the waiter was brilliant too! The Ellwood family

5th - 19th July 2009 We have just spent two weeks holiday at Hotel Harry`s. Before we went, after reading some of the reviews I thought what are we going to, as some of the reviews are enough to put you off. We have no faults at all with the Hotel or the way Sergio and his family run it. We all like Italian food and the choice and the way it was cooked cannot be faulted. There was a choice of three starters one being home made soup in case you did not fancy the other two. (I never did get around to trying the soup). Then there was a choice of three main meals, English and Italian and if you did not fancy any of them you could write down what you did want e.g. chicken, steak, salad etc with veg. or chips. The menu was always on your table the night before for you to choose. The first evening meal we had I thought this is not going to fill me up (how wrong could I be). We all left the dining room contented. Going on to the rest of the hotel, we have never stayed anywhere where the towels and bed linen were changed so often. The cleanliness of everywhere was first class. Our room was plenty big enough for the three of us. I can see why some people go back year after year. The pool area was also kept very clean. If we go back to Lido Di Jesolo, it will be Hotel Harry`s again. They say a holiday is what you make of it, but thank you Sergio, your Family and Staff for helping in making our holiday great. Very small rooms, old decor, but good location and reasonable price.

we loved are holiday,the hotel was clean the food was good,and the staff was great.we had everything on the doorstep,my friends and i had a good time,we would recommend it to others,we had half-board at a very good price.we met some lovely people at the hotel,roll on next year.

my husband and i took my neice and nephew here for two weeks and have only just returned last weekend.excellent hotel in our opinion the kids loved the pool (and so did we)very close to private section of beach with parasolls and loungers(free to use) the service in the hotel was fantastic our waiter simone was a great friendly guy always happy to help the kids adored him and was disappointed on the odd occasion he was not there.sergio and maria who own the hotel was always very nice and always available if needed.all the staff were very friendly and welcoming.the food was enjoyable they was always a choice of 3 starters,3main courses and 3 sweets and also other choices available if that didnt suit.the breakfast was the usually toast,eggs ,ham yoghurts,cearels ,if you wanted scrammbled egg,or bacon they was a small charge.the drinks in a morning was free orange juice ,tea coffeee,but if you bought soft drinks or a pint during the day it was quite expensive. the meals available during the day was resaonable priced and very tasty.the location of the hotel is also excellent within walking distance to aqualandia which is worth visiting,close to all busstops if needed jesolo is very long and to travel to the end you may want to go by bus!iyou are close by all shops even next door to the supermarket,the main street of which this hotel is located is closed to all traffic on a night after8pm there is always live music going on and entertainment along the street theres always a excellant atmosphere .i would recommend this hotel for families couples or even on your own,not recommened for the younger ones wanting to party!!so if your thinking of going to lido di jesolo take a look at this hotel yes its 3star the rooms arnt the biggest of rooms but afterall its somewhere to sleep we had a shower and bath and plenty of clean towels when required,the rooms are kept clean by the very hard working staff.it was worth every penny of our well earnt cash would go back again.

sergio and family are gr8 2ave been going for 9years now and love it,they treat us like their family and we cant wait for june 2009 when we will return with new friends and old to be reunited what a time we will have love you all the butcher familyxxx

had a lovely holiday. would recommend harrys,although my single room was above bar area and was noisey in evenings.owners were very helpful and ordered us a taxi to airport, driver was very pleasant and arrived on time.hotel and rooms spotless.hoping to return for a third time later this year.

The hotel is in brillant position, close to the beech and right in the middle of the main street, which is closed to traffic at night. The staff were wonderfull, especially with our two young children. there was no need to eat anywhere else because the food was great.

very friendly and welcoming the service at mealtimes was really good we did nt wait to long to be served,the rooms were cleaned every day and clean towels when you wanted,we found the family would help you out with anything they could lovely family.
