Rosewood San Miguel de Allende, San Miguel de Allende Centro

i'm a co-owner of a well-known, san miguel based design company called CASAMIDY. Rosewood hotels submitted a Purchase Order and once they had obtained the specifications of our furniture they proceeded to have all the items copies. When this issue was address with hotel management their response was " they are not copies because they're cheaply made". as bitter as this posting may seem one can not underestimate the repercussions this practice has on a small business like ourselves. the fact that this hotel is an san miguel de allende, a town which we have promoted for over 12 years in top design magazines as a unique design destination, makes this issue especially offensive to us. if authenticity is a valued detail in planning ones travels we strongly recommend staying elsewhere. if you would like to address this matter directly my email is casamidy@casamidy.com or you can join a discussion on our facebook page (casamidy).
