Room and bathroom spacious and generally quite clean, except for air-cond ducts, which blew out dirt on my crisp white bedlinen when initially turned on! Beds and pillows extremely comfortable, bedroom slippers would provide a nice touch. Convenient location, within walking distance (5 mins) to nearest BTS station, although in blistering heat! Taxis to nearby shopping centres, eg. Central World are cheap (below RM5.00 in moderately heavy traffic). Supermarket is just across the road, good restaurants (especially Italian) are just a minute away! Free shuttle service to nearby locations wld be an added bonus...! My only grouse would be the extremely limited breakfast selection at the Cafe Lenotre. A wider choice and a daily change of menu would be nice. Throughout my 3 day stay, buffet had exactly the same food fare........NOT HAPPY! :-( Service at Front Desk and Concierge deserves mention...friendly and courteous. The Doorman even greeted us with a salute and "Welcome home"...what a nice touch! Cafe Lenotre staff on the other hand, need to provide more personalized "service with a smile"... Good quiet place to stay for families. Definetely not for those looking for excitement and nightlife... Would return if Cafe Lenotre could provide a more varied choice of buffet breakfast.
