What can I say. The outside is old. Inside is new. The front desk is really remarkably tiny. This place is similar to a really old expensive and comfy sofa with WIFI. LOL.It is not a place where you get non stop service and staff walking fast everywhere. They are slow but genuinely seem to care. It is really a place for those that do not want to be disturbed. It is located close to a good pizza place. Pizzaioilia or something. I stayed for a week and got a great rate. I haggled them by email and ended booking it by phone. I checked to stay there in dec and it is more expensive. I guess the secret is out. Good stay if you book by phone.

The staff was really helpful although they were not ready for my arrival even though I let them know I was arriving late. The reception is only open M-F during business hours. The outdoor pool does not have water in it and the internet is extremely slow so you really can't do any work there. The oven and two of the burners didn't work and they never fixed it after it was reported. If you have a car, you may be 15 min from downtown Montreal as stated but if you don't, it takes about 45 min to get to old Montreal. You need to walk 10 min to the bus stop, take a bus and then get on the the Metro. The airport is a 10 min drive. I didn't see that many shopping centers within walking distance. Again, the staff was helpful but if I go again, I'll stay in downtown Montreal and get a smaller place for the same value.

Initially, I had my reservations about this place. But after seeing a few suites I was overwhelmed. My dad had to be in Montreal for a month on business. I only stayed a week. I don't know the price but I am sure its low because his company is really cheap. The lobby was a hotspot.It was really like being home. Free wifi, free parking. My room had an extra bed which was kinda cool. We had the highway side. Apparently the garden side was sold out. It looked like a real apartment inside but bigger. The kitchen was all there. No fake hotel "areas". Its better than any Marriott. Good stay. Oh, and the staff was really nice.

Staff was A1. The suite was clean, two tv's two bathrooms. Not a normal hotel. More of a corporate housing. Example, the housekeepers knew our names. Not everyone spoke english, but they were all very helpful. They don't charge for parking. I stay in full service hotels abour 12 times a year. I have to say that when you see the housekeeping staff and the GM (Mr.Chad) organizing rooms together it was more than a surprise. They feng shui'd our living room. They really seem to care. They only changed our bedding every two days. Otherwise it felt like a normal medium boutique style place. I have a preferred guest account so the rate is not availible without contract. But its around $146 CAN.

Clean, big, antiques environment. Good stay if you have a car. Good corporate lodging environment. 24h security. Felt like home. Entrance is a little ugly. J. Rothman

I stayed at that place for a whole month, Very friendly & helpfull staff and manager, they are warm and like family, the place was clean, though there was a lot of renovation and work, I had some problems with the internet connection but the managment let me use there computer and internet whenever I needed it, they even let use there printer and copyier for free. The pool was closed due to some work, location is great and near evreything. I would stay there whenever I go to Montreal as long as they keep there reasonable prices

Wireless internet was good. The location was good too. Alot of corp guests. Quiet environment. The staff was really nice. I don't usually go to this part of Canada but the area was very wealthy looking and there is a local village that had some great cafe's. I had a queensize bed but I wanted a kingsize. The GM gave me three keys because I had people picking up equipment. He was very helpful. No gym. I liked the fact that parking was inside and close to the elevator. It is a really good price for the size of my suite. $130 American. I am not sure about the guestroom sizes but if they are anything like the suite I had, they are huge. $95 outa $100 for value.

10/10 My wife and I loved this charming place. We are not new to extended stay hotels but loved this one. We were in Montreal for a funeral. We had a two bedroom suite with two bathrooms. I was glad because one of our sons was ill and required some space. Our bedroom had its own tv and a walk in closet. Our sons had twin beds in the second bedroon. It is a well thought out space. The outside of the building requires a little touch up but otherwise 10/10 stay. We only paid 175 per night because we stayed 7 nights. Oh and no incidentals were charged, parking is apparently always included.They seem to have a small staff, everyone was really sweet.

I felt lucky that my boss gave this little place a chance. I didn't really want to go because it is really not esthetically correct externally. I arrived before my collegue. I was a little curious so I checked in to see our suite. Rm#501. It was a two bedroom suite. $245.00 They have it so its like a big apartment. Not really cutting edge furniture, but pretty functional and casaul. Nice little touches, like gourmet kitchen tile and two tv's. The sales director "Georges" lent us his business personal cell phones because all company cells were beaing rented. We had it for the entire weekend which was very appreciated because my wife was due. Good stay for the money.
