The location is ideal if want to go and check out all the things old dubai has to offer from the creek the all the shopping areas we were able to see, i went there with my wife for a week. the staff was very good. the only problem i had was they didn't offer Alcohol, its good i had got some with me from the Duty Free. i will be staying there on my next visit.

hotel is nice, but not a 5 star hotel. room was nice, but no window or fan in bathroom. staff friendly and helpful. free bus to beach is nice added bonus. not easy location to get a taxi.

Wonderful staff, great location

My wife and I chose this hotel because it is one of 2 that does not serve alcohol. We gladly paid the extra money for this hotel out of appreciation of that. They offer countless activities, a free shuttle to the Sharjah beach-front hotel. The staff was incredible, the rooms were nice, bathroom very large. Great experience. When I go back to Dubai, I'll be doing all I can to stay there again. With so much construction in Dubai, this location was away from all the Jumeirah noise and hustle-bustle too.

Not a 5* Hotel as advertised. 3 Star at best. Way too expensive for the amenities provided. Does not have any Ironing board in room, YOu have to pay for drinking water as the water from tap is not drinkable. Room not ready when promised even after several confirmation.

GREAT CENTRAL LOCATION FOR RETAIL SHOPPING AND DINING, THE ROOMS MODERN, CLEAN AND ARE GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY,GOOD VIEWS FROM ROOF-TOP POOL FOR PHOTOS,THE RESTAURANT AND BUFFET BREAKFAST ARE EXCELLENT
