Hillcrest Guest House, St. John, US Virgin Islands, Cruz Bay

We stayed at the Hillcrest Guest House during the last weekend of July of 2010, and we had a wonderful time. Loved the place. There was food in the refrigerator, our room was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious, and the view was spectacular. Phyllis, the owner gave us a warm welcome and made us feel like we were home, she is a lovely lady. Definitely will recommend the place to our family and friends, and we will return. If you don't stay here you are missing out on the best place on the island for such a great price. The Hillcrest Guesthouse was the best place that I have ever stayed on St. John. I've been to the island on numerous occations for work and never stayed at the Hillcrest Guesthouse. I've stayed at some of the other places on the island and was extremely disappointed. On my last visit I was at the market getting something to eat when I ran into some people who were also on vaction, they bragged about the Hillcrest Guesthouse. I decided to take a look at the place myself and I have to say, it took my breathe away. I promised myself the next time I have to come to St. John that I was going to stay there, and I did. They exceeded my expectations. The food, the service, the really make you feel like your at a home away from home. And they have free WIFI!!!!!!
