The Raj Palace, Jaipur

Yes, I have been to this location twice. and each one has been very enjoyable.My last visit was in April'08.Great rooms (palatial)and the culinaries have a variety.Location is terrific, and it is vibrant.Great hospitality.When you travel, if you know want to indulge yourself with history and dynasties,then this is the place you are looking for.

This is purely for the connoisseur.Valuable heritage here there and everywhere you see.Palatial accommodation and a regal hospitality which will make you enthralled.World best heritage hotel! And this one sincerely deserves it.I was here for a week during my overall Indian tour and the stay here will cherish for ever.

We stayed there and on 17th the chief minister of Rajasthan was there to unveil the world travel award Trophy the hotel has been rated as the World's leading heritage hotel by the World Travel awards and I think it stands to this reputation. the ceremony looked like a Hollywood movie set with huge banner falling over the facade of the Palace with elaborate fire works. the place is must visit for Jaipur traveller.

AS SOON AS WE ENETERED IN THE HOTEL, WE WERE WELCOMED BY THE ELEPHANTS, CAMELS AND HORSES, WE FELT LIKE A KING, THEN FURTHER THEY ANNOUNCED OYR NAME LIKE IN OLDEN DAYS ON KINGS ARRIVAL , THEY USED TO ANNOUNCE THE NAME , A BOTTLE OF CHAMPAGNE WAS OPENED FOR OUR WELCOME DRINK, THEN WE ENETERED IN OUR MAGNIFICANT ROOM FACING THE POOL SIDE AND BEAUTIFUL MAHARANI BAGH GARDENS THE HOTEL WAS IMPECCABLE CLEAN AND WELL RESTORED, THE SERVICE WAS EXTRA ORDINALLY GOOD BY GIVING US SPACE FOR OURSELVES AND AN AMAZING CARE THE STAFF WAS SO WARM AS IF THEY WERE SERVING FROM THEIR HEART AND SOUL AND NOT FROM BRAINS IT WAS A PERFECT AND THE MOST MEMORABLE STAY OF OUR LIVES THANKS ANU. When I stayed there, I felt like I'm experiencing another world. The food , the staff, the service, There was no other word than "Just PErfect" Absolutely wonderful experience Best in the whole trip of INDIA

The Raj Palace has undergone a major upgradation in last three years making it the best palace experience in Asia I was told the hotel is coming up with a 40000 USD suite the costliest in the world I belive they can do it.

I think the restoration of this palace and conversion into a hotel is unmatchable in the world as I have stayed in many Relais and Cheteau properties in Europe but have never seen such detail and perfection
