Anandha Inn, Pondicherry

We stayed at Anandha Inn from the 6th of July to the 8th of July and we had a pleasant experience. The room was neat and tidy. Room service as well as house keeping was very efficient as in comparison to most of the other hotels we have stayed of the same star class. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The food was quite good too. But more variety would have been better. A hotel staff was kind enough to take us around the hotel and show us the facilities like the spa, gym etc. I found the staff from the security to the room boy to be very customer oriented. Although the following improvements are required: The B/F to have more variety The boutiques at the hotel to be kept open (When i wanted to check out some silver jewelery which were on display in the 1st boutique, it was always closed) To inform the guests the hotels 24-hour check in/out policy at the time of check-in Anyways the overall experience was very good and we enjoyed our stay. It was a peaceful get-away.I would definitely recommend the hotel to our friends.

great place for business and holiday especially the pool and the tantra lounge is fantastic and romantic.Also the health spa is superb. I have stayed in most of the hotels but there is no comparison with the service and atmosphere at anandha inn simply great.

It was a nice experience being there and i really enjoyed a lot. i hope to visit it the next time also. i like every thing in anandha inn neatness and cleanliness attracted me.good bar facility and restaurant.spacious car parking. best food comparing to other hotels in pondy

I had an amazing experience staying in Anandha Inn. I had booked the hotel online and to be frank didnt expect much but was definitely impressed by the quality of service.Hotel staff was excellent so courteous and prompt.The room was pretty good, clean and quite comfortable. The hotel serves a very good breakfast. I mean you cannot expect cheicken sausages and stew but there is a good mix of both indian and western style dishes. What i must mention here is the exellent restaurant in the hotel. Sea foos is excellent at a very affordable price with good quantity. The Chettinad fare is worth trying, simply mouth watering. We did also try some continental dishes and yes, those were also yummy. Didnt like exactly the location of the hotel, i mean it's not on the beach but yeah, very conveniently located. In between the French and Tamil quarters of the city. The hotel offers various ayurvedic treatments and i tried the Rejuvenation Therapy. Awesome experience with good value for money.The gym is also pretty good with a nice swimming pool. Overall, it was great to stay in Anandha Inn.very comfortable!! my full marks goes to the hotel.

Nice hotel, located near bear and Aurobindo Ashram. Clean and neat. Their service and hospitality is too good. I thank mr. Anand who is helpful through out my stay and helped my archilogy my project. Celene

fantastic ethnic pool and spa with outdoor lounge and barbeque.Also food is great and staffs are courteous location in the heart of the city walkable distance to the beach
