Eurobuilding Express Maiquetia, Catia la Mar

I've stayed in this hotel, HOTEL EUROBUILDING EXPRESS Maiquetia, three times in the past. Last time was on 05 Jan, 10. The room was totally filthy. There were flower leaves on the floor, probably from a night before party, pieces of paper everywhere, and the most disgusting thing was to find blood on the bed sheets. After I returned from a trip to Caracas, I called customer service three times. Finally, they sent bed sheets for me to change and make up the beds by myself. That was extremely unbelievable!!I Then, I called the manager. The manager came almost in the middle of the night, and apologized to me and changed me to another room. Even though, they have 100% satisfaction guarantee or money back policy, the still charged me for the night. I feel they should return my money for bad service. The night was $368. I did not know Marriott was around. I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anybody. I will try Marriot next time.
