Superb Customer Services!

We received superb customer services at this hotel!
We had a local guide with us and the hotel offered a free staff room so our guide can stay on the premises with free breakfast.
Upon check in, my son was sick with stomach problem. First, we ordered food at the restaurant but once they learned that my son was sick, they offered to delivered dinner to our room without extra charge.
The following morning, my son was still sick. The front desk gave us some medication and told us the location of the drug store near by.
We had a reservation for a deluxe tour bus from Chiangmai to Bangkok that night. But since my son vomitted all night, the hotel manager recommended us taking a flight to Bangkok from Chiang Rai Airport instead. He got on-line and searched for a discount flight for us patiently. Finally, he booked a flight for the three of us that the airfare was comparable to the deluxe tour bus fare.
We were able to take a flight back to Bangkok at a decent time and rest instead of having to check my son to a hospital in Chiang Mai and got stranded there.
