Hillside Beach Club, Fethiye

Me and my family, we have been to all sorts of resorts and hotels; from Four Seasons-ish stuff to a village hotel in Thailand! And, we have been coming here for more than 10 years. PROS **Best Food Ever! They have a huge all-you-can-eat buffet 3 times a day and every single thing there from copious Mediterranean starters to the chocolate pecan sauce on a cake taste so damn good! Incredible variety from Seafood Taglietelle to Prime Steak! I know people (including myself) who just come here to indulge their taste buds! And the drinks and cocktails are very reasonably priced. **Best service ever! I've been to all types of hotels and seriously, in order to get a service like this in any other country, you would have to pay something like $5000/night and it'd be probably fake. The employees NEVER say no and even if they're waiting 20 tables, they bring you the spoon you asked within 2 minutes. Everyone smiles and it's real. This is why Hillside Beach Club is always full despite being one of the most expensive hotels in Turkey. ** The crowd! OK, this will also be a "con" further on, but this place is considered as the #1 Holiday Resort in Turkey for people who know the difference between quality and expensive. Hillside doesn't have Turkish baths made with marbles from Italy or silk chaise-lounges, but you sure can be dining next to a professor at Harvard or a wealthy CEO with his top model girlfriend. But, not in an arrogant way though. The place is very secluded, so, everyone is very laid back. ** The sea! There are only 2-3 beaches in Turkey that have the very-difficult-to-obtain "Blue Flag".. The water is like Caribbeans but stone instead of sand. And, there are literally families of small fishes swimming under you. So, it's a good sign! CONS ** OK, I don't like kids and I very much dislike families who travel with their 18 children! So, if you don't like kids running around in the main restaurant and a stupid Russian infant screaming for more ice-cream, do not hang around the crowded area. Hillside offers many options for people like me though! So, that's a good thing :) ** Wi-Fi, some rooms are far from the wi-fi access. But, there is a Business center and wi-fi works fine near the main buildings. And, it's FREE

Everthing is perfect there...Hillside is my dream holiday place!

Hillside is the ultimate family holiday experience.This will be our third year at the hillside,we keep saying we should try somewhere esle but now we've found it we can't imagine anywhere else could better it. It has everything you could want for a family to have a brilliant holiday.Just laying on your sunbed looking out to the beautiful scenery of blue waters and surrounded by pine trees while you know the children are safe and enjoying themselves.Having a varied age group family of 16 12 and 4 i feel my 16 and 12 year old can have a bit of freedom but still in a safe enviroment,while the kidside is great for my 4 year old where he can play with other children be creative whilst being shaded from the hot sun and knowing he is happy while we have time to relax by the pool. All of the staff are absolutely lovely which is one of the reasons that makes us want to return year after year. The food is also an experience as i look forward from one meal to the next. The only complaint i had last year was the bar prices which were ridiculously over priced at 3 malabo and orange @ £22.A bottle at duty free was only £12! This being our 3rd year entitles us to 25% off the bar bill so thats always a bonus,looking forward to our return to paradise.

The entertainment is fantastic, there is never a dull moment, something is always happening. The shows that are presented by the wonderful animation team at night are outstanding and promises to get everyone up dancing. All staff are lovely.They offer friendly and helpful service which is always delivered with a smile! The restuarants are above standards, with foods for everyone's liking and tastes. The rooms are cleaned to perfection each and every day creating much satisfaction. There is something for anyone and everyone to enjoy at Hillside and i reccomend it to all.

I have been going to Hillside Beach Club for 10 years now :) The reason why I keep going back is very simple, it is "the best" holiday village with its great service, wonderful sea and weather(not humid no matter how hot it is). They have a great team who make me feel right at home every single time :-)

The hotel was fantastic, the food is georgous, very good selection and very easy to choose the more healthy option which is still fab. They run plenty of activities should you wish to join in and mix with others but let you chill out if you want to. The views are lovely and there is a great atmostphere, we met some great people and the staff were like friends come the end of our stay. The BIGGEST downside to the hotel is thay they don't offer all inclusive and we found that branded named drinks were expensive.

im 12 years old and i have been to hillside beachclub 9 times in a row. it is the best, the warm sunshine, the crystal blue seas, gorgeous food and wonderful hospitality. A lot of people say "don�t you get board of it" and I always reply no, everywhere you go there is something wild and exciting or relaxing thing to do. After all these years going there I still want to return and im always sad to leave. I think the resort is mostly a family place but something for everyone to enjoy. The resort isn�t just a hotel in turkey it is a glorious resort of your own a bit like a village but much much nicer. There is mini, junior and teenager clubs with many exciting activities to do. Hillside beach club is always being updated wider sun beds, a pool and slides in the kids club and many other things. Unfortunately I�m not old enough, but there is a spa there for the adults and my parents told me it is wonderful and relaxing. Take it from me an experienced Hillsider, if you go you will not be disappointed. There is a show every night and all of them look professional and the animation team (who perform them) are great dancers. Every child there (who wants to) is allowed to take part in the fortnightly kids show. After every show there is a club song where everyone gets up on stage and dances to the song. The animation team look after everyone well and provide hilarious fabulous entertainment. There is a main restaurant with such wonderful food you won�t be able to stop eating. But if you are late for breakfast there is always pasha on the bay, a late restaurant, which at night is a great restaurant for the adults to sit next to the sea and have a romantic meal. There is also an Italian restaurant at the other end of the beach. Happy hour is the best taking place at 4-5 at the beach bar and at 5-6 at the main bar, it is when all of the drinks are half price! The rooms you stay in are of a very high standard and are cleaned daily, normally there will be something pretty left on your bed. every one is very friendly, considerate and hillside is literally heaven on earth. One bad pointer for me though there used to be more parties but they have been reduced.... o well I still love it. soo what do you thing..... Will you try it.....you�ll love it ! If you do HAVE FUN !!!!!

i love this place because the staff are nice , the food is nice , the rooms are nice and the pool is nice.

perfect resort!food variety and quality are perfect,actually best buffet i have ever seen....nothing is missing!rooms are great especially compared to other resort,there are two spas,the one over the beach is so beautiful..it seems you are floating on the forest and the sea ...great places !worth your money

I stayed in this hotel for twice and I enjoyed both of them. There is a magnificent sea view and when you turn back you see the pine forests surrounding the hotel. Hotel is famous for its water sport activities, and night life. Foods were delicious, rooms were always tidy and clean. Besides all, the personnel were polite and helpful. If you are elder than 25, this hotel will be satisfying most of your demands. No children:)
