Fantastic Hotel, in a city, but not!

I arrived with my partner on the 13th of August and spent 3 nights in this eurostars hotel. For all the guests that have previously written that the location was terrible, I can tell you it really is not...it take a quick bus ride (which comes every 20minutes at the longest) to get into Moncloa where you can jump onto the metro and go just about anywhere in Madrid. At the end of the day or evening when you have been in the busy city for hours it is great to go back to the hotel that is quiet and relaxing without being very far away at all! The hotel was spotlessly clean and all staff were really helpful, including recption staff, those in the restaurant/bar and also the maids. The swimming pool is a bonus (although only open from june-sept), pool side is really clean and tidy with sun loungers surrounding. Food in hotel is great, breakfast buffet great value and very tasty! The holiday was a memorable one and Im sure we will be going back very soon!
A tip for anybody visiting - to make the most of Madrid, take the Madrid vision bus tour of the whole city!
