The hotel over all is very well presented and has great decor and a modern and cosy touch combined I booked because of a spa which all together was £160 for 2 people for 1 night this included an amazing dinner which was great though some people may not enjoy it due to it being very posh with the portions small for a three course meal which comes with bread at the start costs £25 pp the spa has a 'quiet room' this had gental music in a dimmly lit room with soft loungers it also provides magazines rooms are average for a four star hotel they provide a trouser presser, radio, safe, hair dryer ect: breakfast has a huge buffett with things from patesteries to fruit to cheese to a huge cooked breakfast and toasts if you do not enjoy coming down for breakfast or dinner you can eat it in the comfort of your room however on top of the £15.95 charge for breakfast it needs an additional £5 for room delivery I would recommend the spa package for its excellent value however i wouldnt recommend this for men included in the package deal is a choice of a manicure pedicure massage or faciel overall this is a great experience (and wear a dress to dinner!)

lovely room on fourteenth floor with glass walls, stunning view over cardiff however aircon not working requested assistance three times with no avail so froze unfortunately.
