Not a hotel!

It is NOT a hotel! The resort is actually a time sharing company, but since they have to fill they rooms up, they offer temporarily them to visitors.
The problem is that we stayed two days, paying normal prices for hotel rooms (around 170/night), not having our room cleaned up the next morning, which is a service that has to be included in this prize category.
On arrival, the sheets were dirty (blood stains) and as we arrived late, they could only provide us with sheets that didn't fit the bed size because
no one was at the front desk after 11.30PM.
The next morning, we had to go through the laundry room, in order to prove our honesty!!!!! Finally, we received a $50CND voucher, which was more than we expected and the promise that our room would be cleaned up the same day. Our room was partly cleaned up, as the same dirty pillow sheets were still on our bed and cut nails were still lying on the patio in the evening.
Service was very very bad. No breakfast is provided. Our receipts at the restaurant and the bar, where either wrong or the waitress chose to charge us 9times the regular tip of 15%!!!!
At the end of our stay, we didn't bring one of the plastic room keys (common in most hotels) and they wanted to charge us for its loss!!!! We declined, and we were very rudely asked to leave.
