Just returned from trip to Italy and have to say that Villa Gaia at Montecatini Alto was one of the highlights of our trip. Fantastic views, gracious well kept building, excellent service, great breakfast, quiet and convenient location to take bus and train to Florence, Pisa etc. Also cable car between Montecatini Terme and Montecatini Alto. Excellent restaurants. We had a great time relaxing there between touring the major cities.
