Hotel le Dandy, Rouen

We had booked this place as a stopover from Brittany to Calais and were inticed by the possibility of private parking. However, upon arrival we were told that there were only 3 parking places for the 18 rooms in the hotel and that we would have to leave the car in public parking. Rouen did not seem a particularly safe place to leave a in a public car park, especially where this hotel is placed! We decided not to risk it and stayed somewhere else. We were told that we could get a refund but this has not happened. If you really must visit Rouen I would not advise staying in this hotel if you need parking. Hotel looked quite clean though.
