All of my nights was perfect congrats to the Royal Familly... Very clean,perfect service,perfect location .......PERFECT HOTEL

AWFUL

Outdated, needs a good change, personal was very nice, but room wasnt clean, I was reading my newspaper in my room when maids came in without even knockin, and I saw cockroaches in restaurant. I go to Sta Cruz every year, and stay in diferent hotels , Im not coming back to this one

We stayed for our honey moon and everithing was perfect..rooms are huges i loved the personalized service....everithing was perfect!!!!thank you royal family.... They have a nice restaurant, breakfast is really good thay have everithing....

Royal Lodge is the best place to stay this hotel should be five sttar and not only for the service.The rooms are really big and confortable. They are always there to asist you!!!!

Escellent value

It's a smallish & nice place located in a convenient part of town, Av. San Mart�n in Equipetrol. The staff is always prompt to satisfy your needs. Wireless Internet is free, but it's not always available in the rooms.
