I gotta say this hotel really was great! P.S. if you use SweetHotelDeals. Net for booking this hotel they usually have some pretty good hotel deals at this time of the year!

I really enjoyed my stay

My husband stayed at Hacienda Suites for our Honeymoon in July,2006. The atmosphere was really nice, a home away from your home. The people are very friendly an helpfull not forgetting the food incredible. Most of all we enjoyed our stay an would recommend the hotel to any family or couple.

very nice,,,,but too much sales

i really like the service and everyone there was very nice..the food was good...the only thing is they have a VIP section and if you do not know about it ..u feel left out..everything excellent is for the VIP only...so they try to push sales for you to become a member but it is beautuful, the VIP package if you are always going to stay w/ them, every time you travel...to DR...so it didnt work for us cuz we like to go to DR but we also like to stay in different areas of this country....and like some one mentioned there is not much to do if it rains.....

the resort hacienda a good place to make friends and relax in luxury and comfort the staff are well mannered and very helpful we had our 20 years of being wedd blessed and we where treated like old friends as if we were part of the family thank you for the best two weeks of our lifes we are booking to go back in oct 07

can't wait to go back!

Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort and Spa was a excellent hotel to go too. Me and my family went there this year in may and can't wait to go back! we thought there was an excellent service, the rooms were clean and so was the rest of the resort. The rooms was very comfortable. The location was very convenient aswell. Plus the staff was really friendly they made it feel homely. I just can't wait till i go again in a few weeks.

It's not worth it

Beaches and nature are nice, other than that very boring, bad service and food. Expect to be at 9:00 in the morning to make reservation to a restaurant, stay in line for 20 minutes and get "There are no available seats". It happened to us 5 out of 6 days we spent there. They messed up our Ocean World tickets, came to clean room at 6 p.m. and so on... Virtually no activities or entertainment except annoying salesmen trying to sell VIP memberships. I wish I'd read previous review before going there. There are much better places.

been there won't go back

Not enough to do. Cannot leave property in the evening unless in a car and not by yourself. If it is raining there is no place to go and nothing to do. There should be a games room and a comfy bar to sit in. The hotel is under refurbishing and it needs it.All of the workers were friendly except the salesmen trying to sell timeshares they were very annoying and in your face at all times.
