Belo Horizonte Plaza Hotel, Belo Horizonte

I stayed there for 10 days on business during which no abberations to the standards were observed. Rooms are comfortable and well furnished with a functional desk, and internet access included. Maintenance of the room was impeccable, always spotlessly clean. Service staff were excellent, helpful, always available, effective. Restaurant is convenient and efficient, food is good, prompt service. The location is utilitarian. I had breakfast there daily, and found the menu virtually unchanged, which after a week became a blemish. Dinner there one night only, good food and service. The only factor I found which could be better - the lifts are quite slow and being on the 17th floor required some patience. The views from there however, are spectacular.
