Coral Princess Hotel, Santurce

I was a little worried when I walked in and the lobby was so small, but I loved staying here. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent!! Everyone was nice and accommodating. I LOVED the 24 hour juice and coffee bar!! My friend and I kept sneaking downstairs filling our empty water bottles with delicious fresh juice! I loved the the safe in the room that I could enter my own code - not even staff could get into it. (not that they would!!). Luis, Abe and the ladies took great care of me.

WE went there for our honeymoon. When we got there they could not find one of our reservations; they ended up upgrading us to the penthouse for no additional cost as our other reservation (100.00 a night). They were super friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to some gret little restaurants. Would definately stay there again!

I love this place!! I couldn't ask for a better location. Great rate and friendly staff. They helped me and my husband go out of the beaten path. Loved the roof top jacuzzi!!! Forget the iron and board; they have TOBI steam iron in each room!! Don't forget to eat a quesito - a puff pastry with sugar on top and filled with sweet savory cheese. We can't wait to go back!!! Miss the free coffee machine already...

We stayed in this hotel for two nights and cancelled a third night. We checked when we registed about the third night and were told the reservation was cancelled. Then they charged our credit card with the third night! And they refuse to issue a credit!! They will do anything to get your money. DON'T GO THERE- THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED!

The staff was rude. We had a flight cancelation and had to adjust our stays at several PR hotels. We tried to explain the situation but they did not care. This was THE ONLY HOTEL that would not let us adjust but charged us for a night we could not stay. DO NOT STAY HERE, there are many other cute hotels in San Juan!!

Excellent value! Extremely clean, nicely decorated, great staff, good location - could ask for more for the price. Our room was small, but nicely decorated - nice bathroom, comfortable bed, flat screen TV. Other amenities include a hot tub on the roof deck (very nice), pool (small but nice) and great common areas. Free breakfast was very convenient. Location is good - just off the main drag in Condado, a short ride to Old San Juan (there is a bus, but we had a car) Staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very safe (staff buzzes you into the lobby, not open for anyone to wander in). Not a luxury hotel by any means, but highly recommended - can't imagine there is a better value in San Juan!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before our cruise and it was excellent. Our room and bathroom were large and the common areas beautifully decorated. There are many plants throughout the hotel, many orchids and other tropical plants. There is also a small pool which has been built into a secluded area; a small elevator; and in the back of the main floor, a piano, a breakfast bar, and a microwave. Our room had a refrigerator and the drinks were very reasonable, water was 1 dollar and beer was 2 dollars. The hotel offers continental breakfast each morning it�s your basic items, muffins, toast or bagels, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea, orange juice and so on. The hotel is in a great location, about 3 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks around the corner from Walgreen�s. You can also catch a bus to Old San Juan across from Walgreen�s for 75 cents each way. The staff was very friendly and helpful on where to eat and how to get around San Juan. We would definitely recommend this inn to anyone looking for a nice clean place at a reasonable place to stay in San Juan.
