Sunny View Hotel, Kos

i wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you enjoy nastiness (referring to the hotel entertainment staff), enjoy listening to micheal jackson (played 80% of the time), you want your kids (i'm talking about very young children) to be watching films, i.e 'forest gump' when in the childrens clubs in the evening, enjoy the song 'who let the dogs out' because believe me when i say.....that you will have to listen to that whenever micheal jackson isn't being played, you enjoy being in the company of roudy teenagers who spoil the fun for the young ones, enjoy eating same old same old every day, enjoy sharing food with the flies, etc etc.....need i say more?. ok good points....tough one....oh yes the cleaning staff are very polite and welcome you with lovely smiles every morning, sorry that's about it...other than that kos is a wonderful place, beautiful especially kefalos and tingaki.

I thought this was an excellent hotel. The animation team did an excellent job especially on the evening when the power cut went(haha!) and Otzi did a great job of looking after the children. Darren and Kate, the First Choice Kids Club reps were great, especially with the mini-disco. Good points: - Great food, large selection - Good animation and entertainment - Good sized swimming pool, good sized rooms Bad points: - There were at least 2 powercuts a day in the last few days of our holiday. One lasting over 3 hours in the evening! - Unfortunately it is not possible for the kids clubs reps to have a older kids club due to not enough space and resources. - Hotel didn't even have backup emergency lighting when the power cut! Big Safety hazard.
