Palm Beach Hotel, Kos

The pool and the location was good We would not return to this hotel, they do not know anything about customer service,,,, oh apart from Dennis the bar man. This hotel is far from a 3* The hotel is in need of redecoration, and the grounds need a make over. Good location though about a 15 min stroll into the city Please be aware that you will be charged for air con.. we were led to believe it was part of the price as it is inluded in the amenities but this is not the case Silly I know but very annoying at evening dinnner we asked for mayonaise,, they said they had none... but next day at lunch if you pay for a snack you can have mayonaise.. many people we spoke to at hotel were not impe=ressed with quality of food, although did comment the snacks were good... we only ate eve meal 2 x as was put of by flys on the food - they really need to sort that prob out, especially as we know 2 couples who have problems with cockroaches!!!
