We wanted peace and quiet, and found it. An awesome swimming pool with idyllic views over the lazy countryside. Great food - and not dumbed down. Kind and smiling hosts. Great master bedroom where the garden shower was a real plus. Good to chill out for couples. Families would find plenty to do. Foodies would love it.

Ten and family really went out of their way to ensure we had a great holiday. We loved the swimming pool, the freshly cooked food, and the gardens and grounds. One of the highlights was a trip in Ten's boat on the shocking pink lotus lake with huge herons and swallows in azure skies..an experience we'll never forget. We found the villa good value for money and the visitor book was full of very positive comments. We too will return...and this time, Anne, with a phrasebook!

Me and the Thai wife stayed here for a week at the end of Novmber. It must have gone down hill since these reviews. It's very overpriced, no regular house cleaning, and the pool was very mercy the whole time we were there, I did complain about the pool but they insisted thats how it should look, like I'm stupid and never seen clean simming pools before

Very helpful hosts and a relaxing, fun experience. Really enjoyed the pool and learning Thai cooking...and even some wods of Lao! Very spacious property with a garden and then farmlands all around, with woods, rubber plantations, cassava, sugar cane etc

We enjoyed seing a side of Thaland we had never got to experience before and feeling that we had found our own place away from it all yet still with comforts like airconditioning...and of course a pool! My husband enjoyed learning Thai cooking and I enjoyed the gardens and relaxing! Some way away from the town so not fir you if you want noisy nightlife.

Well this really was away from it all. We thought we had made a mistake as the town receded but what a relief to arrive at the property! Tops: the great private pool, the owners, the villagers...and the food! Don't like: none, but if you are looking for commercial nightlife this is not for you!
