the food was good, they have friendly staff,beautiful beach,nice rooms.enjoyed myself a lot.

Rooms are ok, beach is perfect. There is 24 hrs bar in the new part of the hotel (building near the street). Pizza, hot-dogs, hamburgers, cristale... 24/24. Also the bar on the beach, same good fast food. Eggs for breakfast are always nice, pasta for dinner + red vine .. can't go wrong. Lunch is ok..food made cuban style.but there is always bar on the beach for great hamburgers and fries!!! I did not have any problems at all.. would go back anytime in this hotel.. but if you are younger, try to find something less expansive because there is going to be more young people. This is more family hotel. Great security.. a little bit far from DT Varadero (+/- 12 km) .

It is under new management, the food was cold and if you did not get there on time when food was ready you miss out. You can only eat at certain times of the day. We ended up with food poisening. There was not enough hot water in our room. There were people making lots of noise outside until 2 in the morning and got no sleep.

this hotel was filthy,lots of rooms with no toilet seats,very musty and moldy rooms,lobby and hallways were so dirty.Food was terrible,staff was not helpful or friendly,except for a few,who were great.The beach was very nice,but we will never go back to cuba because of this hotel.

I'll keep this simple: Beach 10/10 - awesome Food 7/10 - not great, not terrible, edible Service 8/10 - most were friendly Maid service 9/10 - very friendly Bars - 8/10 - bring a large thermal mug. This a three star resort. I would not spend more than $750.00 pp. I had a great time.

I have been to Cuba many times,stayed in many hotels,just returned home. Changes in food are great,staff the BEST. My opinion the best bang for your buck by far!!!!!

I really enjoyed myself here, but the bar staff are not all friendly and will only serve u if you give them a tip, the maid however wes fantastic, i got really friendly with her, so ofcourse we tiped her, the food is horrible that was the only bad thing about it, the enterment team were great but they dont do enough activitis, i got to know them at the disco, they were great...... i am going back one year thats for sure

June 2007, I've changed my first room because a 7h00am they've started construction , I've changed a second time because i had bugs in my bed... and the last room the air conditionnner was leaking but it's better than bugs bed... I've waste my time by making my luggage and changing room. The food is not good. For dinner and supper it was the same food, each day...The 3 AC in the restaurant was'nt working so they oppened the 2 doors. Birds and bug were flying throught the buffet restaurant. The pools closed a 7h00pm and you can'nt go swim after that... It woulded be great to take a swim with the humidity. That's just a part of the problems that we've had. Not to mentionned that i saw about 10 cockroach... ALL INCLUSIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff of the the hotel and the entertainment team were really great. It was our first time in Cuba and the ocean is fantanstic. My husband, sister and I had a great time, by the way we are over 40 years old and we have visited several all inclusive in Mexico and we found for a 4 star hotel this was worth it. The only thing that should be improved is to have more varity of foods and give it more taste by adding some spieces to it. Also they should heat up there food more and not make it too mushy. By the way my sister has visited Cuba 4 times and she found this hotel the best.

This was my 2nd trip to Varadero. Me and my friend went together. (were both females in our early 20ies) We had a amazing time. The resot its self its beautiful,clean, and the beach is beautiful. Night life was amazing. There are so many wicked club to go to but the best one is called Rumbos. The staff was execellent. But for single girls be careful because all they wanna do it get into ur pants. Even do there hot and say the right thing to your ear there dirty. Expecially Georgie Porgy!!!!! Other than that go there u'll have a time of ur life....
