"I just want to warn guests who use services of any of the 3 premises owned by the Familien Suedes und Riegert to be cautious especially if they are paying by credit cards. When I came home I received an email that I had made a greasy spot on the carpet in the apartment, so they decided to debit my credit card on the amount of 300 Euros . If you are staying in any of the Familien Suedes und Riegert premises never use your credit card i.e. pay in cash, make a photo documentation of any single damage in your room no matter how small it is. Otherwise you are going to pay for it no matter are you or aren’t you made it. Despite the fact that I didn’t make any damage in the apartment at all, they misused my credit card number and PIN."
