RelaxInnz Station Hotel, Gloucester

Hotel ....great location, bar dwn stairs nice, we had a family room was ok but very tired in appearnce and not clean, crips and stains all over the floor,hair in sink had to wash it myself before use. There was no remote for tv went back dwn stairs to ask why and was told i had to pay £10 deposit, i mean to say what do they think they have there the ritz"!!!!!! health and safty issue as we had to boil the kettle on the floor because thts where the socket was and it was a family room there could be children staying. finally tht topping on the cake mam who has difficulty in walking was told she couldnt wait in the lounge while i went to get the car was told to wait outside but the lady did apologise tht it was raining but still had to wait out side,,,,,for the price the hotel is very very poor we use the future inn hotels for the same price ...and by god what diffrnce......these ppl need to wake up and smell the coffee grrrrrrrrrr!!!
