I was not a guest at this hotel, but on August 12/07, my husband was a guest there. I called the hotel to speak to my husband three times that night, the first two times he was unavailable. Upon calling the third time around 11:20 pm, I asked the employee at the front desk, Irene, that if I did not get to speak to my husband could I leave a message, she answered yes and then in a very aggressive tone said to me well what is his room number. That I did not know , and neither did he till he arrived earlier that evening, she then in the same aggressive voice says to me well what is his name. I found this person to be a rude employee, and the tone of voice she used in our conversation to be very rude as well. After this conversation with Irene, I would not and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
