Hotel Couronne, Zermatt

This is a well run hotel in a good location. Plenty of storage space, spotless and convenient bathroom, good reading light and desk. Staff is very helpful. My room on the south side, 5th floor, had a knockout view of the Matterhorn which I was fortunate to see all daylight hours of our two night stay. The only downside for some people is that the elevator runs only to the 4th floor and a walk up a flight of stairs is needed to get to the 5th floor.
