The Northam All Suite, Penang is located within a walking distance to the old business district of Georgetown on the eastern side and the growing tourism shopping district on the western side. It is situated along Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah, a protocol road which has earned the reputation of being the corporate address of almost all listed companies in Penang. Besides being positioned right in the centre of the new central business district, it is only 16.6km (20 minutes) from the Penang International Airport and less than 1 km from all major shopping centres.

Bad Reservation Service!!!

I've bad experience for the room reservation call service. The officer looks like in the hurry, unpatient and rough. Cant expect this can happen in the service industry which Malaysian need to improve in their attitude. May be they can refer to the other hotels how the others serve. Hope they can improve in the future.

Close to my heart......

This is the best ever hotel that i've been to...The room is great and the service too...Can't wait to have my honeymoon there this April 2008!!!!!

Living it up!

Overall, one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Everything was excellent except for Chinese Restaurant on 1st floor. Rooms were great, staff were very welcoming and friendly. Swimming pool has fabulous view. Oh and they make a mean Singapore Sling...with D.O.M!!

i like this hotels it look half classic half modern....i dont like this hotels cos i feel that the swimming pool are very dangerous.

LIKE - EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PLACE DISLIKE - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING Trust me folks, if they ever offer me a permanent suite here, I'd move in right away!
