Plaza Nautica Condominiums, Cabo San Lucas

Very dirty, sewer smell outside as well as inside; at least in the condo we rented. Security is horrible, we had all kinds of condo sales people coming to our door at various times of the day and evening!! Our condo overlooked the parking lot facing Dairy Queen and it was very noisy up until about 3AM! There is not one good thing I can say about this place!! Except the front office staff...they were very kind, but unable to assist with anything except directions. I did put a review on the owner's website, and some suggestions about maybe putting the manuals on the stove, dishwasher and washer/dryer in English; he wrote back and told me "after all you are in Mexico"!! Our visit to the Plaza Nautica left us with a bad impression of Cabo and our family will never visit again. There was 7 family members in this trip. Was it worth the money? No, it was not. Would I recommend this to others? Absolutely not.

We have been going to Mexico for years. Plaza Nautica was clean, the pool perfect and the locations is a dream. Our Presidential Suite included all new furniture and even 2 52 inch TV's. The Views to the Ocean and Marina where fully visible. I think what the other review was talking about was a parking lot which was closed down for future building. If they had seen this before they would have realized only cars were parked there with more noise. This to me makes it better with no obstructions or noise. I guess different strokes for different folks. I would let everyone know you are in a condo and not a full Resort which saves hundreds of dollars and gives you more room and space to spread out. We Loved it!

The property is not maintained - the pool is not heated, is dirty and a Gym has taken over the majority of the pool area. The building is next to a strip club and the noise is a nuisance if you want to sleep before 3am. The view is mostly of a large dirt lot and then the marina off in the distance. We had bugs and terrible smells coming from the drains when we stayed there.

I personally think this is the best kept secret in all of Cabo. These are located on the Marina and Ocean and only 3 minutes to Medano beach by water shuttle which is right next to the complex. The staff was good and they treated everyone with respect. Mexico is not America so some travelers need to know more of the language to really get the full flavor. Most speak english but they are not a rush me society and will do anything for you if you treat them with respect and give them time. This Location was the best I have ever seen. The views were great out to the tip of Baja. I give it 5 stars. You only need to realize you are in Mexico and there traditions are much different than the USA. Good time for ALL!!! Relax thats why you are there.

Television was broken, and nobody would answer the phone for service. the curtains won't close and the shower won't drain. I found nasty things on the nite stand of which I can't even mention in this message. This place doesn't deserve any kind of rating.
