Luxurious retreat

Guests to this former monastic retreat tucked into the hillside above the charming town of St. Sauveur des Monts will find themselves fully indulged by host Richard Pilon. The handhewn logs beneath the petit clocher (the little bell tower) enclose seven unique and romantic guest rooms as well as the beautifully decorated and welcoming common room warmed by a fire. Guests may relax in the hot tub as they enjoy the spectacular view across the valley to the ski slopes beyond.
Each morning Richard serves a fantasy breakfast that his guests may wish to linger over for a couple hours. Dragon and star fruit, earth cherries and orchids embellish marvelous eggs Florentine, Brie melting over a baked pear drizzled with maple syrup, croissants baked in sucre a la creme are just some of the tantilizing offerings.
Gracious host Richard Pilon is constantly thinking of new ways to delight his guests, and is well-deserving of his five sun B&B rating.
