Continental Hotel, Whistler

Reserved through Hilton Grand Vacation Club. Room was ready, clean, and spacious. In hotel market was convenient, but expensive. Hotel Theater was a gas. Three movies a night, and guests pick from an extensive list. Our balcony looked right at Blackcomb. Although in Upper Village, it is only a few minutes walk to Whistler Village. And about a block to the Blackcomb lifts. We took full advantage of the hiking trails around the Village, golf course and lakes. Although it was a pain to take the garbage down to the underground garage and throw it in the compacter, I understand it. Parking stalls were very tight (and I had a small car) and most of the level I was assigned was blocked off due to renovations going on. If you visit before the 2010 Olympics, be prepared for construction delays on Hwy 99.

Loved the rooms, so cozy, large, had everything. Pool was fun, fun, fun. Very spacious. Rooms had all the amenities and more. The decor was appropriate for snow/winter/chalet.
