Casa Pestagua, Cartagena

I was there for a week, and I should have known it would be a disaster as they managed to NOT respond to emails requesting a reservation, I had to call them 3 times--their email didn't work. The maids were the worst, I had to yell at them to change the sheets which they managed only twice in seven days. Breakfast was horrible, I went to the hotel next door and paid. The shower didn't work--my girlfriend washed her hair at the POOL SHOWER. The television didn't work. I sent my clothes out to be cleaned and was assured it was same day service--three days and much yelling better, I got half of them back, and had to negotiate for the rest. There was a convention in town and I couldn't stay at any of my usual places, but believe me, I tried to change hotels. This place bills itself as a luxury hotel, what a joke. Oh, and the rooftop jacuzzi? Filled with green crap that I was told, on a daily basis, would be cleaned. nope. This place stinks.
