Admiral Inn, Niagara Falls

We stayed at the admiral inn on July 26-July 29, 2011. It is well located - On ferry and Clark street intersection in the midst of many restaurants, a few blocks from Niagara falls and Clifton hill . People at the front desk were particularly friendly. The building looks a bit rundown. The room would be very small but for the "suite" aspect . No luggage racks, but I think you can pay extra and get them. We paid $79 Canadian per night during the week and $139 C on Sat. night. This is expensive but everything in Niagara falls is expensive (food is much more than in Chicago, for example, in comparable places). The room was clean. The bathroom was small but not tiny. Bed was reasonably firm. They need more lights for reading. It was hard to read in the room. I thought of going out and buying a higher watt bulb. The TV had the most stations . There is a laundry room in the basement which costs C$4 to wash and C$2 to dry. However, it is only available to hotel guests from 6:30p.m. to 11 p.m. You can walking to all the attractions. I would stay here again if I could not find anything cheaper.

We chose this hotel for a week long stay (despite mixed reviews) based on the price and location. We were very pleased with the location. It was easy to get everywhere either walking or by bus and there were many places to eat within walking distance. It was close to Niagara falls and all the attractions We (two women) felt comfortable walking around at night. The room was spacious and we appreciated having the refrigerator, sink, microwave and coffee maker (including coffee). The room was clean but the decor left something to be desired. Nothing in the lobby except tourist brochures Overall, would recommend this hotel to other travellers who do not require deluxe accommodation

Very happy with our stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and new and had the best view! It is in a perfect location, very close to the shops and centro and the falls is only a mile away! Check in was very easy and fast!

I was very impressed by the staff hospitality and the location of the hotel is awesome. At first when I arrived here I was just thinking how this hotel is but after when I talked to the front desk I was impressed I like it and considering to go again.

My wife , new baby and I stayed at this hotel this weekend. We had a great time. The staff was very friendly, nice and helpful to us. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was great. We enjoyed our stay very much.The hotel is within short walking distance to the falls, old casino and the new casino.We would definitely go back the next time we go back.Why go anywhere else? It's all there.

We are truly happy with the hotel. The area is beautiful. Just beside the Tony Romas. we walk to the clifton Hill too..The view is so awesome!! The staff are helpful and very accomodating. We are glad we chose this hotel and I will recommend this hotel not only to my family but to all of you coming to Niagara Falls Thank you!!

great location luv it...beautiful renovated...We stayed for one night at the admiral Inn and it was great! The package we got gave us everything we needed to enjoy the falls. The hotel staff were very friendly , The admiral inn has changed a lot over the years that we have been coming here. It has been totally renovated and is a great value for your money

We found this motel to be clean and comfortable, and the staff friendly. It is very close to the falls and Target and is a good location for Canadians staying over to do some shopping. Check for discount rates for over age 60, and over age 50...we got a very good rate. You get a nice free breakfast

We decided to take our 2 kids (ages: 10&12) to Niagara Falls for the Easter weekend and have some fun at the local attractions and at the Waterpark. The admiral Inn was amazing. The manager greeted us when we arrived and Mr.Jan checked us in with with a nice bright smile. We had a family suite with 2 Queens . The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a fridge and a coffee maker. Lots of towels/linens. We were able to check in early and start enjoying the Waterpark. Everywhere we went, everyone was very friendly.

Admiral Inn has a good location and a good price for the location. the rooms were good and spacious and i had fun. there are no hidden charges like parking, etc. that u have to pay at other hotels. food is good and thai soup is one of the best i've had in ages (Thai Express Restaurant). I'll definitely be back.
