Windsor Martinique, Rio de Janeiro

This review is for my Stay at Hotel Windsor Martinique in Rua Sa Ferreira. The hotel did not advise guests (me) that fitness room would be under renovation during my stay. In addition to that, staff did not cooperate on request for using the fitness facility for its sister hotel facility located right across the street. They did not even made an effort on accomodating for this request. Furthermore, the hotel did not advise that guests were not allowed to bring visitors up to their rooms. I was on a business trip and I was embarrassed to tell my visitors (business partners who stayed at near by hotel) they could not come up to room to drop off important paper work needed during my stay. Finally, I was charged full breakfast charge ($25) for a coffee a visitor had during a meeting with me at the breakfast area. I brougt this up to the Management who did not even try to inquire on the situation with the help serving at the restaurant area. I would say the staff had a bit of an attitute and did not care helping some guests with their requests on accomodations.
