Terrible, horrorble, miserable

My husband and I stayed a night in a tripple delux room in this hotel in August 2009. We actually want to book for standard room but it's full, so with the only choices we takes the triple deluxe room. Location of this hotel was good. very close to the shopping complex at Jalan bukit Bintang. However, other than the location is good, there is nothing else. The worst are the room and the bathroom. First we was given the room that my husband check the water tap was spolied, water temperature was out of control, only got the hot water and cannot be close. the tape head was loose. So we had request to change a room.. The new room doestn't seem to be good. It's stinked. The carpet is dirty and stained. The worst things is that we were attacked by bedbugs!!! we both getting bitten by bedbugs. We really cannot imagine this will happen, we thought we could just forgot about the smelly room and bare for one night for a good rest here so that we could follow with our next day schedule. but now nightmare had come... It was 2.45 in the morning, I wake up to wash room, and i saw on the bed got some small insects. I wake my husband up, first we thought it's small cockroaches. after look carefully, we found it's bedbugs and ticks (It's look like ticks on the dogs) !!! . We are shock and jump out from the bed, my god that ticks all over the bed. we called the reception & ask for change a room.The receptionist said all the rooms are full. Then he ask one staff to bring us one set of bedsheet cover, they really dont understand what was happen, we again request the reception change room or do some arrangement for us, it's imposible to be inside this room anymore. 2 staffs come in our room and checked. They was shocked to see also but they just said no more room and ask us to wait and see if got room. We had request for re-fund and we wanted to get out of this hotel. The staff said he cannot make the dicision have to wait his supervisor come. It was terrible, horrorble and miserable. there's 2 beds in this room, one queensize bed and one single bed. we try to see the single bed was look okay. so we try to sleep here. I ask my husband to sleep as next day he will need to drive for a long distand. As for me, i lie on the bed and really can't sleep. my eyes was checking around the rooms, I can't believe my eyes the ticks is all around the room, on the wall, on the table and i even found 2 on my bags. Also, on that single bed, i saw a small red insert which is transparent. only see a small red spot running on the bed. I quickly wake my husband up. It's was around 5.30 in the morning. there's no place for us to go, we are so tired. At the end, we sit and sleep at the sofa at the corridor. In the morning around 7, the supervisor had arrived, still there's no arrangement for us, we wait for another 30 mins then only the supervisor come up. The supervisor said he cannot do anything for this. After we request, He had called his boss and given us the full re-fund back. Althought the money is back, we had suffered whole night sleepless at this hotel. If wasn't that i wake up in the middle of night, i cannot imagine what will happen with us at the morning.... After getting out of this hotel, we get in our car and get a safe carpark. we park our car there and sleep inside the car for 2 hours.We forced to change our schedule. wasting a lot of time. In the afternoon we had called again the hotel to do the complaint, It's was really angry to talk with them!! the customer service staff said their room was clean, she ask us back wherether is us accidently bring the bedbugs/ticks in to their room?! oh my god! I gonna faint when i heard that, they dont admit thier faulty somemore want to blaim on customer.... really disappointed...
I will tell my friends don't stay at this hotel..
