Lautoka Hotel, Lautoka

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel it was my first stay there, the staff's were really nice and very polite were always available to help me out, i stayed there for almost 3 weeks i love the location close to everything, food in the restaurant is really nice and there pizza is lovely. - Eva smith

disliked the services and the bed was terrible. they need new beds and customer service skills need to be addressed mainly at reception.

After a noisy first night (due to the hotel nightclub and early morning buses on Naviti Street), as well as a small cockroach problem, we asked to be moved from the streetside Deluxe Room to one across the pool. We spent a further 6 nights in comfort. Likes: pool outlook, comfortable mattress, daily maid service, bar fridge, tea/coffee facilities, security guard, Ateca's Travel Service in reception area, Seaview Restaurant within hotel complex, efficient internet booking service, air conditioning, TV. Dislikes: stroppy service at reception desk when we asked to be moved, nightclub noise on Friday and Saturday nights. Overall, I would recommend Lautoka Hotel for the budget-conscious, due to its convenient location and pleasant pool outlook. There are other reputable hotels in town, but I cannot comment on how they would compare. I would consider staying at the Lautoka Hotel again in future.

This was the Best Hotel in Lautoka after a long trip to Fiji Islands. My Booking was done online via lautokahotelfiji.com and i got instant pass. Nice View, Closer to the Sea. Good Food. My Children enjoyed it. Thanks for the Nice Service.

When checking in (mid April 2007), we asked for confirmation the room was quiet. Turned out it was anything but quiet. The aircon gave a consistent screech, the swimming pool pump made a loud noise all night, and on our last night there there was a VERY NOISY cabaret that kept us awake till after it finished about 1am. No outside space for hanging clothes to dry, no laundry either. Had we known any of this, we certainly would not have stayed there. A written request for partial refund has been ignored. Only good things were reasonably central location and car-parking.
