I've stayed here four times, and I never encountered anything I didn't like. For the same price, you might find better place in other countries, but it's Tokyo, Japan.
This is your typical business hotel in Japan. The single room can be claustrophobic, but I got used to it. Double-, triple-rooms are spacious. The bathroom in any room tends to be small, but that's the case in any business hotels in Japan.
They recently put new TVs in the room. The bed sheets were clean in my four stays there. The room might have cigarette smell, but just leave the window open for an hour or two while you're out and you should come back to a smell-less room.
I recommend this to travellers who are not on a tight budget, yet don't want to either spend a lot on accommodation or stay in a dorm-style hostel.
It's a 15 minute walk to Tokyo Station. There are a few fast-food style Japanese restaurants nearby. Coin-operated PC w/ internet connection in the lobby.
