Rif Hotel, Tangier

Nice location but extremely noisy road in front of hotel. The A/C wasn't available? so we had to sleep with the window open and the traffic noise was horrendous but interesting. Food was very very run of the mill. Very European, nicely presented but stone cold, breakfast, where was the hot plate? Needs a few refinements, eg hairdryer/ tea coffee maker/ face cloth/ room safe/ Sky channel /Questionaire/ paper envelopes/ money changing facilities/ map of city. There also seems to be no management input, we think we saw he having a look round the small garden, how about speaking to your guests instead. I'll stop there .
