First review about employee, We have never hired anyone by the name of melissa at this location, Second review we did not become a Hawthorn suites until 2009 not in 2007. reviews like these ruin hotel , plz have someone review these before posting misleading comments. you may cost people jobs because your review are nothing but crap

just letting you know.... she prostitutes out of the hilton she's leaving in corpus christi,tx to come do the same at your hotel.... very bad choice in employment. freckle fase short and a raspy voice.... thats her. I'm sure you know who I am talking about. think twice b4 hiring

Don't let pictures fool you. The room was very dirty, air conditioner hardly worked. The staff didn't even ask why we checked out early. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
