I have stayed here several times, but the last two times I tried, I stood in the lobby for an extended period of time. There is no excuse for not having the front desk manned. This single mis-cue has probably cost you several bookings. Overall I will list the service as pathetic.

Hospitality

One word can summarize my stay at this hotel, Hospitality. I didn't secure my room until approximately 11:00 p.m. and I must have appeared tired and hungry because the front desk clerk provided me with half of the pizza she had just purchased. She also walked me to my room to provide me with extra towels and to check the room for cleanliness. I will always stay at this hotel when in Texarkana.

Used to be a nice hotel

I stayed here before when it was the Four Points. We came expecting an indoor pool, restaurant, bar, etc.. None of that! It was under "renovation". The carpet was dirty, the shower curtain had mildew on it, the towels were stained, and the shampoo bottle was half empty. For the price we paid I expected a lot better! Much nicer hotels down the freeway on the Texas side.

Excellent stay for a great price

My wife and I were married July 22, 2005. We were on our way to Missouri for our honeymoon, and we stay at the Four Points for the night. I promise you, it was an excellent hotel. The service was quick and courtious. The room was amazingly comfortable. For the was that we were going, the hotel was right on US 71 so it was located in a pretty good place. We highly recommend to anyone. We will definitely be staying again.
